Lost Items
We rely on Royal Mail and DPD for our shipping and adhere to their guidelines regarding lost items. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch for Royal Mail it is considered lost. Please reach out to us at if this occurs. We are prepared to offer a replacement or a refund after the 10-day period has elapsed.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package your items securely to withstand the journey to your doorstep. However, should any item arrive damaged, we sincerely apologise and ask that you contact us at immediately. We will discuss the option of a replacement or refund for any damaged goods.

General Returns

Your happiness with our products is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to email us at to discuss a possible replacement or refund.
Please be advised that all returns must be made at the customer’s expense and the items should be in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition.
Full price items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Sale items within 14 days of receiving your product.
Unfortunately delivery charges can not be refunded and returns must be made at buyers cost. Online items can always be returned to store for free.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, earrings, beauty items, food and drinkware items are sadly not returnable.
Custom Personalised Items
Due to the bespoke nature of custom personalised items, they are made to order based on your specific requirements and are therefore not eligible for return or refund. We urge you to double-check your order details for personalised items before finalizing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or report a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
