Okay, friends… this is not a drill, The Terrace Park Café is officially open! And we could not be more excited (or proud, or emotional or hungry, let’s be honest).
Our friend and fellow Huddle member, Sofia, already runs The Smoke BBQ Kitchen in Bishop’s Stortford. She has now poured her heart, soul and a million hours into this project. Seeing it finally open is just the best feeling ever. Honestly, we're SO proud of her. She’s built something really special!
Nestled right in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford, in the middle of the park (yes, the actual park... dreamy), this stunning Swedish-inspired café is the perfect pit stop. Whether you’re walking the dog, herding small children post-footie match, or just out for a sunny stroll, it’s the ideal spot to grab a coffee, pastry, or one of their ridiculously delicious open sandwiches.
And if the food doesn’t win you over (spoiler: it will), the building itself definitely will. It’s modern, bright, and beautifully thought-out... the kind of place you immediately want to sit in for hours. With cake.
