UK Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Service:
- Aims to deliver next working day 
- Tracked to delivery point
- Photo on delivery SMS or email notifications
- Compensation cover up to £150
- Flexible delivery options available (such as deliver to a safe place or neighbour)

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service:
- Aims to deliver in two to three working days
- Tracked to delivery point
- Photo on delivery SMS or email notifications
- Compensation cover up to £150
- Flexible delivery options available (such as deliver to a safe place or neighbour)

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on the total weight and dimensions of your cart

FREE Delivery Offer

A £75 minimum spend is required to qualify for a FREE Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service only. The minimum spend relates to final spend total once any offers and / or coupons have been deducted.

International Delivery

We currently only offer UK delivery as standard. If you’re based outside the UK, please contact us at info@thatssoooyou.co.uk for a delivery quote. We’ll provide you with all the necessary information, including costs and estimated delivery times, tailored to your specific location.

Lost or Damaged Items

When placing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please visit Royal Mail to track your order. 

If your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact info@thatssoooyou.co.uk so we can help to support you. Please include your order number, so that we can find your details.

Under Royal Mail, any lost or damaged items are covered for compensation up to £150.
