Returns and Refunds
At That’s Sooo You, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. This policy outlines our procedures on refunds and returns, providing you with a straightforward process to follow should anything not meet your expectations.
Lost or Damaged Items
When placing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please visit Royal Mail to track your order.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact info@thatssoooyou.co.uk so we can help to support you. Please include your order number, so that we can find your details.
Any lost or damaged items are covered for compensation up to £150.
General Returns
Your happiness with your order is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch at info@thatssoooyou.co.uk to discuss your concerns or head to our Refurns Form to start the returns process.
Please be advised that all returns must be made at the customer’s expense and the items should be in their original, unused, unwashed, unworn (with no marks or dirt) and in resaleable condition with the original tags. Your return may be rejected if items fail to be in this condition.
Full price items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Sale items within 14 days of receiving your product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Head to our Returns form.
- Provide all the information indicated on the form.
- Please ensure you provide new sizing for an exchange.
- Package your items securely and return to the address on the form (see below for note on shipping costs for returns).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a tracked delivery service to allow for adequate insurance. Damage or loss on returns will not be covered by That's Sooo You.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If you require an exchange, this will be sent out to you with no additional postage fee*. To request an exchange please initiate a return, as detailed above, and remember to include your amended sizing for the exchange.
Please note that one free postage exchange per order will be allowed. This will be provided on a Tracked 48 service. Any subsequent exchanges will require payable postage fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, underwear, earrings, hair accessories, beauty, food & drink ware are sadly not returnable.
Custom Items
Due to the bespoke nature of custom items, they are made to order based on your specific requirements and are therefore not eligible for return or refund. We urge you to double-check your order details for personalised items before finalising your purchase.
