What is That's Sooo You?
Where colour meets confidence and being yourself isn’t just encouraged; it’s the whole point.
We make bold, joyful clothing and accessories for people who are tired of blending in and ready to own who they are. Designed and made in small batches in Essex, everything we create is packed with personality and a whole lot of love.  We celebrate every kind of human, because life’s too short to wear boring clothes or pretend to be someone you’re not. Be loud, proud and unashamedly yourself.

Where can I buy your stuff?
You can buy online, safely and securely here!
We’ll also be launching some in-person events very soon; make sure you sign up to our
emails to be the first to hear!

The item I want isn't in stock, will you get more?
To keep our items unique and different, all That’s Sooo You stock is limited in number, limited edition or even complete one-offs! If the item you’re after isn’t in stock, that doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t get or make more! Make sure you sign up to be notified to be the first to find out when it's back.

How can I pay?
Payments are safe, quick and easy! You can use bank card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

When will I get my order?
All standard items will be dispatched in 2 working days. We then offer a 24 and 48 Tracked services via Royal Mail.

Can I get a quicker delivery?
If you’re in a hurry and require faster delivery, we’re here to help.

Additional charges will apply and we’ll provide all the details you need to make an informed choice.

I’m abroad, can I get That’s Sooo You stuff sent to me?
Yes of course! Please contact us at info@thatssoooyou.co.uk for a delivery quote based on where you are in the world!

Where is my delivery?
Should your delivery not arrive within its quoted timeframe, please head to Royal Mail with your tracking number to track your parcel.
If your parcel doesn't arrive, please reach out to us at info@thatssoooyou.co.uk so we can help. 

My stuff has arrived damaged, what do I do?
All your fabulous items will be packaged securely, however if it does arrive damaged please contact us at info@thatssoooyou.co.ukto discuss a replacement or refund.
You’ll need some photos of the damage, plus your order number and delivery name & address.

I’m not sure about the things I've ordered, what can I do?
If you’re not super happy with your items, please head to our Returns & Refunds page to initiate a return. All items must be returned at the customer’s cost and in an unused, re-saleable condition. 
Full price items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Sale items within 14 days of purchase. 
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, earrings, beauty items, food and drinkware items are sadly not returnable.
Custom personalised items are made to order and can’t be returned or refunded.
