We've had loads of new followers and subscribers, so I thought I'd share a little about That’s Sooo You how came to life...and where it’s going next.

The Beginning: Designing for Me
Before I launched That’s Sooo You, I worked as a graphic designer. I loved being creative, but I was always designing for other people, their brands, their messages, their ideas.
I was craved something more personal. I wanted to create something that felt like me. Not watered down, not muted, not tailored to fit in. Just bold, bright, joyful self-expression, because for so long, I hadn’t let myself have that.
From Hiding to Shining
Growing up, I always felt like I didn’t quite belong. I tried hard to fit in, to blend in, desperate to feel like I was “normal” or like everyone else. But that meant hiding huge parts of who I really was inside.
Then I hit my forties. Something shifted. I started leaning into the things that made me different; the colours I loved, the energy I wanted to bring into the world, the personality I had buried to try and “blend.” And the more I embraced it, the better I felt. Not just a little better, truly, deeply, joyfully me.
Why I Created That’s Sooo You
That’s Sooo You was born from that feeling. I wanted to make clothes and accessories that help you feel the same way, like yourself, but louder, brighter, happier and more confident.
This brand is about feeling amazing in your own skin and showing the world who you really are. Whether you’re loud and proud, quietly quirky, totally chaotic or beautifully bold, I want you to wear it, own it and celebrate it.
What’s Next?
We’re growing! Right now, we’ve got colourful hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, totes and hats, but that’s just the beginning. There’s more coming (and I can’t wait to show you), from new designs to new product ranges and more ways to express yourself through style.
But more than that, I want this brand to become a community, a place for people who are tired of hiding and ready to be seen. Because whoever you are, you deserve to take up space, be joyful and feel good in what you wear.
